Architectural Technologists are responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of buildings and other structures. They use their technical knowledge and expertise to create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction projects. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and meet all necessary codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop designs for various construction projects.
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Prepare specifications and material schedules for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with surveys.
- Review project proposals to ensure they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to address any design issues or changes.
- Use 3D modeling software to create visual representations of proposed designs.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for clients or stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is an asset.

Salary: $1300 per month (may vary based on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
