Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades, including windows, doors, and cladding. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure proper functioning
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and provide solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on schedule
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Facade Technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials used in facade installation and maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
