Job Title: Commercial Architect



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage the construction process, including selecting materials, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare project budgets and timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
