Office Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and stocked
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for senior management
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintaining office files and records, both physical and digital
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
- Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in French is preferred but not required
This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Candidates without previous experience will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.
