Contract Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. This is a contract position, with a salary of 1200$ per month.

As our Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets for construction projects
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Hire and manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices on site
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Manage any issues or delays that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
