Part-Time Baker

A renowned bakery in Dar Kulaib is seeking a skilled Part-Time Baker to join our team. As a Part-Time Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
- Decorate baked goods with icings, glazes, toppings or fillings as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management by ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for various types of baked goods.
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Availability for flexible working hours including weekends.

Preferred Requirements:
- Formal culinary or baking education/certification is considered an asset.
- Experience working in a bakery or food production facility is preferred but not required.
