Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure food quality and consistency by conducting regular inspections
- Oversee scheduling and payroll for all employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
