Full-Stack Developer (Indian/English Speaking)

We are a rapidly growing tech startup in Ufa, Russia and we are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and backgrounds, but proficiency in English is required for this role.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web-based applications. You must have strong technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or Java is also highly desirable.

As this is a contract position, we are open to candidates without prior work experience in software development. However, you must have a strong understanding of programming principles and be able to provide examples of personal projects or coursework that demonstrate your skills.

In addition to a competitive salary of 900$ per month, we also provide accommodation for our employees. This includes furnished shared apartments with all necessary amenities in close proximity to our office.

Responsibilities:
- Develop front-end website architecture
- Design user interactions on web pages
- Develop back-end website applications
- Create servers and databases for functionality
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently enrolled)
- Strong knowledge of front-end web languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Angular
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
