Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and possess excellent technical and creative skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project completion. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Accommodation, free visa and ticket will be provided for non-local candidates. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and codes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative architectural designs that meet client requirements within project constraints
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits for measurements and evaluations as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, standards, and best practices
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Provide support during the construction phase by addressing any design-related issues

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Ufa, Russia. However, non-local candidates will be provided with accommodation and a free visa and ticket to relocate to Ufa.
