IT Systems Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes to meet the needs of our company. Your main goal will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems, while ensuring they align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design, develop, and implement new systems or upgrades to existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation
- Train end users on new or updated systems and provide ongoing support
- Monitor system performance and security, making recommendations for enhancements as needed
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Develop documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience with database management and SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: 1500$ per month.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.
Preference: Indians with experience in English-speaking jobs.
Other preferences: Experience in computer systems analysis; ability to secure own visa; accommodation provided.
