Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor for our company, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers in Wiltz. You will work closely with the courier team to assign routes, monitor performance, and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers and ensure they are meeting delivery targets
- Assign routes and schedules for couriers based on package volume and delivery locations
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding deliveries
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the courier team
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, customer signatures, and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Wiltz and surrounding areas
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a courier or in the logistics industry
- Knowledge of local traffic laws
- Fluency in multiple languages
