Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee a team of housekeepers to ensure cleanliness and organization in a residential or commercial setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping and be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members. This position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit orders when needed
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a positive work environment for the housekeeping team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is located in Remish, Africa. Preference will be given to local candidates.
