We are hiring an organized, detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, overseeing office supplies, coordinating with other departments, and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Keep track of office supplies and order new ones when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Provide support to the team by preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and assisting with any other tasks as needed
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

City:
This position is based in Eldoret.

Nationality/Location Preference:
We welcome applications from all nationalities. This position is based in Eldoret but remote work options may be available for the right candidate.

English Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required for this position.

Experience Requirement:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates without experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
