Contract Administrator
A contract administrator is responsible for managing, negotiating, and overseeing all contracts and agreements for an organization. This individual will work closely with both internal teams and external parties to ensure that all contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, obligations, and risks
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and other parties
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Create and maintain contract templates for standard agreements
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters
- Develop strategies for improving contract management processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a contract administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different stakeholders
Location: Herning, Denmark (preference but not required)
Salary: $1000 per month (for student position)
