We are a leading architectural firm seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure the timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
