Sales Representative
Our company is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in Svalbard. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication and persuasive skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. We welcome freshers with a passion for sales and the drive to succeed. A valid work visa is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote and sell products through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to interested clients
- Negotiate contracts and handle sales transactions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own valid work visa for Svalbard
