Part-Time Moderator


We are a fast-growing online community seeking a Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Fonvieille. As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online platform remains a safe and respectful space for all users. You will monitor user activity, review and respond to reported content, and enforce community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity on the platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review and respond to reported content in a timely manner
- Enforce community guidelines by issuing warnings or removing violating content
- Communicate with users regarding guideline violations and offer guidance on appropriate behavior
- Collaborate with other moderators to address any emerging issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and issues within the online community

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain objective and impartial when enforcing community guidelines
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media etiquette
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potentially harmful or inappropriate content
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Prior experience as a moderator is preferred but not required

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but some availability during evenings and weekends is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This job will be located in Fonvieille, but remote work may also be possible depending on the candidate's location.
