Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Randers. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and resolving any computer-related issues they may have. This is a contract role with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
