Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in our company's office in Odense. Your main role will be to lead a team of architects and ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Managing the architectural design process from conception to completion
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure their satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining project budgets and timelines
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Overseeing the production of detailed drawings, models, and technical documentation
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects in the team
- Identifying potential issues or challenges in projects and finding solutions to address them effectively

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You must also possess a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect with a proven track record of managing successful projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
