Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery to excavate and move materials at construction sites. This role requires a skilled individual with a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig, load, and move earth, rock, gravel or other materials
- Manipulate controls to accurately position the equipment and perform tasks such as digging trenches, grading land or loading trucks
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to avoid accidents or damage to equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time

Salary: $1800 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This role is suitable for men who are physically fit and have the required experience.
