Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks related to the daily operations of our company in Ar-Ruwais. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month and accommodation provided. As an English-speaking job, we prefer candidates who are fluent in both spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the company
- Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications
- Support the team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documents for all operational activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport required for visa processing
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
