Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative and operational tasks within the office. This includes managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for staff members
- Arrange meetings and appointments as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings and scheduling interviews
- Ensure that all office policies are followed by staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Nepali is a plus
