Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy restaurant in the vibrant city of Esbjerg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company policies
- Create schedules for employees, taking into consideration peak hours and business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
