Mason Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the field of masonry to take on a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor the progress of each project and provide regular updates to management
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a mason or in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects
- Certification or training in masonry
