Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Utena. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience managing an office environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We welcome candidates from Pakistan who are looking for English-speaking jobs and do not require prior experience. This is an urgent role and the selected candidate will also receive accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and overseeing administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees by organizing training sessions and maintaining employee records
- Plan and coordinate company events or meetings
- Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
