Experienced Plumber

As an experienced plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This includes but is not limited to water, gas, and sewer lines, as well as fixtures and appliances. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations to ensure all work is done correctly and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems according to building plans and specifications
- Repair leaks and other issues in pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Conduct regular maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
- Diagnose problems in plumbing systems and provide effective solutions
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 3 years in the field
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Biometric passport for easy travel between countries if not a citizen of Lom or the surrounding area

Salary: Negotiable based on experience (minimum 900$)

City: Lom or willingness to relocate
