Junior Barber

As a Junior Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting and grooming services to clients. You will work under the supervision of a senior barber and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the barber shop. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or individuals looking to start their career in the barbering industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle
- Cut, trim, and style hair according to clients' preferences
- Shave, trim, and maintain beards and mustaches
- Assist senior barber in keeping the shop clean and organized
- Sterilize tools and equipment used during services
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
- Promote products and services offered by the barber shop

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Completed training program for barbers or cosmetologists preferred but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of different hair types, styles, and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn from senior barbers and take direction well

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Isa Town, Bahrain
