We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be performing various tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other office duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for managers or executives
- Take meeting minutes when needed
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and tracking expenses
- Keep track of office expenses and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Perform errands such as purchasing office supplies or picking up documents from other locations
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
Accommodation:

We offer free visa sponsorship for the right candidate. However, we do not provide a ticket for relocation.
