Resort Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall quality and reputation of the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees according to company standards
- Oversee budget planning and management to ensure profitability
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing supplies and equipment
- Develop relationships with local businesses to promote partnerships and increase bookings

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in resort management or similar role
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with guests, employees, vendors, and management team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets through effective cost control measures
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Opera or Fidelio preferred
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Medina
