We are seeking an Entry-Level Miner to join our mining team in Mombasa, Kenya. As an Entry-Level Miner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mining equipment, drilling and blasting rock, and extracting minerals from underground or surface mines. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate mining equipment such as drills, excavators, and trucks according to safety protocols
- Use drilling and blasting techniques to break up rock and extract minerals
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect mine walls and ceilings for potential hazards
- Monitor air quality in underground mines
- Collect samples of rocks and minerals for analysis
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Familiarity with mining equipment operation is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat or cold
- Ability to follow safety protocols and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
