Job Title: IT Manager


We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This is a senior-level position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware and software systems, security protocols, and data management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and security of our IT systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong technical knowledge in network administration, system maintenance, data security, and software development
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Management
- Project Management certification (PMP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
