Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with a team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Review project proposals and budget estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials to incorporate into design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other related software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on producing high-quality work
