Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Type documents, memos, and emails as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation in Doha
Salary: $1300 per month
