Office Assistant
Location: Odense, Denmark

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Your strong communication skills and positive attitude will be essential in providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
- Organizing and filing documents
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bill payments
- Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly manner
- Providing support to other team members when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new tasks
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
