Experienced Roofer


We are a well-established roofing company based in Shan, seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the roofing industry and possess strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofs
- Repair damaged or leaking roofs
- Conduct regular roof inspections and maintenance
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific roof dimensions
- Safely operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and power tools
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer with strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid driver's license preferred
