Junior Software Tester


We are a leading software development company in Shan, currently seeking a Junior Software Tester to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic individual who is looking to kick-start their career in software testing.

As a Junior Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing various software applications and systems to ensure their functionality, usability, and overall quality. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as suggest improvements for future releases.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. This position also includes accommodation for foreign candidates without English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software applications and systems
- Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on potential usability issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
