Entry Level Computer Support Specialist

As an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in the Funchal area. Your main duties will include setting up and maintaining computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of computer systems and be able to communicate technical information effectively. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Diagnose hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Provide timely resolution to client inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when needed
- Keep detailed records of all technical support interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal but may require occasional travel within the city for on-site support.
