Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. This position is open to Filipinos, foreigners, and English-speaking individuals without experience. We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 with free visa and ticket for all qualified candidates.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. This includes handling phone calls, managing documents and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing other general office tasks as needed. You will also be expected to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software is also preferred.
We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
