Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1700$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This position is open for Indians with excellent English speaking skills and is suitable for students looking for part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and data entry
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and copying
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nizwa
