Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our English-speaking staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with project coordination and tracking of deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
