Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily business operations. This position is suitable for individuals of any nationality or location, and prior experience is not required. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of $1600 per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided. This role is also ideal for students looking for flexible work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning documents, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Keep the office area clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (any additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
