Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for clients in Lusail. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine client's current fitness level and goals.
- Design customized workout plans based on client's needs, preferences, and abilities.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions for clients, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and equipment.
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of various training methods such as strength training, cardio, HIIT, etc.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans for different fitness levels and goals.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lusail (preference for Indian nationals)
Employment Type: Part-time with potential for full-time
