Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction of buildings, walls, and other structures. You will be required to have prior experience in masonry work and will need to be proficient in various techniques and tools used in the trade. This is a full-time position based in Al-Khor, with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure high-quality construction work
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute construction projects
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times
- Train new masons on techniques and tools used in the trade
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Order necessary materials for construction projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed by the team

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a mason or in a supervisory role in the field
- Proficient in various masonry techniques such as bricklaying, blocklaying, and stonemasonry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid visa sponsorship for working in Al-Khor

Preferred:
- Nationality preference for Malayalees or English speaking candidates
