Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all masonry work on construction sites. You will be expected to lead a team of masons and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all masonry work on construction sites
- Plan and schedule tasks for masons based on project deadlines
- Ensure that all materials are available and in good condition for the masons to use
- Train new masons and provide guidance and support to the team
- Monitor progress of work, identify any issues, and implement solutions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all masonry work is done safely
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time taken, and progress made on projects
- Communicate effectively with other supervisors, contractors, and project managers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of manual labor in various weather conditions
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
