A busy flower shop in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and design to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging various types of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
- Maintaining inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized
- Assisting customers with selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their special occasions or events
- Providing excellent customer service by listening to customers' needs and preferences, offering suggestions, and ensuring satisfaction with the final product
- Negotiating prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases of fresh flowers
- Managing orders both in-store and over the phone, including taking payments and arranging deliveries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, colors, and designs
- Creative eye for detail and ability to create unique floral arrangements that meet clients' requests
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for managing orders and payments

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait (accommodation not provided)
