We are a floral design company based in Al Ahmadi, seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements using various types of flowers and plants. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events
- Prepare and arrange flowers according to client's specifications and preferences
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design and implement them in your work
- Train and supervise junior florists when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a professional florist is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Strong creativity and eye for detail to create beautiful arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work full-time with occasional weekend shifts
- Must have legal authorization to work in Al Ahmadi
