Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to our office staff. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This is a full time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Nepali candidates are preferred, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly attitude with good customer service skills
