Restaurant Manager

We are a well-established restaurant in Jeddah, seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing a restaurant and should be able to handle all aspects of the business, including staff management, customer service, and financial management. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Meet financial objectives by setting budgets and monitoring expenses

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Jeddah (accommodation provided)
