Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salalah. As an English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Indian employees and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Indian employees, including organizing their schedules, arranging appointments, and managing correspondence
- Assist with visa sponsorship for Indian employees as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment and ensure they are well-stocked at all times
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management
- Assist with onboarding new hires by preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientations
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and update databases as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes is preferred
