Restaurant Manager

Our bustling restaurant in Al Buraymi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintaining financial records and upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain financial records, including budgeting and tracking expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Al Buraymi, Oman
